Joke master

Normally the Directors’ meeting is not ended with a Joke but Howard wanted to set a new precedent.  After listening to Howard’s joke, the directors decided the old procedure was far preferable.

The meeting adjourned at 11:00 AM.

Respectfully submitted,

Fred Willis, Secretary
