We will meet at 8am at the club to receive street assignments and depart from there. T-shirts and yellow vests will be provided to the marshals. After the race we will return the vests to the clubhouse. Bud Pusatere reported that P.J. Whelihans will provide breakfast after the event for anyone participating. Bud has arranged for parking at the bank.
· Henry Leimkuhler reported that one of the new members was recruited at the Fall Festival.
· The Wine & Chees Party is all set for November 4th at 7pm. Member contributions of an appetizer or dessert would be greatly appreciated. The cost will remain $5 per person for members and spouses. Members are encouraged to bring potential members as guests to the event.
· Al Schmidt reported that speakers are set thru Feb 1, 2018. He will meet with Jay Cokos and pass off all the information he has including leads for additional speakers.
