·         Forty-nine (49) members have paid dues for 2020, as of December 31.  This is one third of the club’s membership. The importance of dues payment was noted that mid-April was the deadline for printing the club directory.  Dues payment is necessary to be included in the annual Directory
·         There was a discussion as to where the Cash Jar money should be designated in the budget.  It was noted the cash jar income is part of the general fund and the money is not designated for any specific use.

·         Bill Brown investigated having an annual Phillies trip along with food at the ballpark. He concluded the cost was too great and going to Yards brewery for eating before the game would be cheaper
·         Christmas Luncheon – this was very successful. For the past five years, the speaker has come from the Methodist church.  Previously, the speaker came from a different local church each year and several board members requested the club return to that format. The board approved this change in speakers.
